The NDIS was designed to give Australians living with disability real choice and control over their supports. But navigating it can feel overwhelming — confusing plans, complex funding rules, and a sea of providers to choose from.
We started Thrive Community Co because we believe every participant deserves a support coordinator who truly listens, who explains things clearly, and who puts their interests first — every time.
We're Melbourne-based, locally connected, and 100% independent. We don't have a preferred provider list. We find what's right for you.
