Why we started Thrive
The NDIS was designed to give Australians living with disability real choice and control over their supports. But navigating it can feel overwhelming. Confusing plans, complex funding rules, and a sea of providers to choose from.
We started Thrive Pathways because we believe every participant deserves supports that are genuinely built around their life — not slotted into a service catalogue. Callum and Brandon both have lived experience with neurodivergence, so they get it. That understanding shapes everything about how Thrive operates.
We're based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and deliver directly: community programs like D&D, Musicool, and Minecraft, plus core supports like daily living and community access. Small team, real relationships, no runaround.
What we stand for
We work with a wide range of participants
New NDIS participants
Just received your first plan? We help you understand it from day one and get the right supports in place.
Participants wanting real community
Our programs — D&D, Musicool, Minecraft and more — are for people who want to connect, build skills, and actually enjoy their supports.
Families and carers
We work closely with families and informal carers to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Young adults transitioning
Stepping into independence? We help young adults build the skills and supports they need.
People re-entering the NDIS
Whether you've had a gap in supports or a major change, we help you reconnect with what you need.
