We research, check vacancies, and help you compare options so you can choose with confidence. No preferred provider lists — just what's right for you.
Plan review support
We help you prepare, document your progress, and advocate for the funding you genuinely need at your next review.
Crisis coordination
When something urgent comes up — a provider cancelling, a change in circumstances — we respond quickly to stabilise your supports.
Documentation and admin
We handle progress reports, service agreements, NDIS portal tasks, and the paperwork that comes with coordination.
Building your independence
Our goal is to help you build confidence over time — not create dependency. We work ourselves out of a job, and that's a good thing.
Is Support Coordination in your plan?
Support Coordination is funded in your plan's Capacity Building budget. Not all plans include it automatically — if yours doesn't and you think you need it, we can help you request it at your next plan review.
